I've been watching children free of pay since I was about 9 in a partnership with my older sister(age:12) When I was 12 myself is the time where I actually began getting paid for my hard labor. My sister has 2 sons, that I've been watching with no supervison since i was in the 6th grade. I have a friend with a daughter that will be 2 in a couple days, I've been watching her since she was 6 months when her mom would be at work.
