Biography
Hi my name is Rachel and I am a 19 year old sophmore at Penn State University majoring in nursing. Throughout my whole life I have had a huge love for children which is what has inspired me to become a pediatric nurse. I really enjoy spending time with children and admire the responsibility of being able to be a huge influence of their lives and educating them of their future. I currently teach second grade sunday school at my local church and have been doing so for five years. I am a member of the THON commity and my school which is a charity to raise money for the Four Diamonds fund to find a cure for pediatric cancer. I also am a member of the nursing club and have also been active in 4-H my entire life. Having me as a nanny or babysitter for your children would be a great experience because not only am I caring I also have a lot of knowledge and experience with kids.

I have been a Sunday school teacher with elementary school children for five years and also a Vacation bible school teacher for seven. I have spent my lifetime working with children babysitting and taking care of them. I am active in pediatric health fairs throughout my nursing program. I also am a mentor for high school students and do clinical rotations throughout several local hospitals in the pediatric department.

I am a very motivated and patient person with a huge heart for kids. I am CPR certified through the American Red Cross along with First Aid certified. I have been cleared of a criminal background check, child abuse check, drug screening, and also a federal background check.
