Hi! My name is Melissa Brooks. I am married with two children. My husband and I have been married for over 22 years. We have two children, a daughter and a son. Our daughter is 20 years old and a sophomore at UNO. Our son is a junior at Millard West High School. W also have two dogs and two fish. I started babysitting at a very young age and used to nanny for several families until I got married. I was a stay at home mom until both of my kids were in grade school. I worked part time at Horizon Elementary School in Holt Michigan for 2 1/2 years until my husband's job moved us to Nebraska. After getting acclimated here I began working for Millard Public Schools food service for 4 1/2 years. I left their and began working for Millard Public Schools Foundation Early Childhood Education Center because i missed working closely with children. I have currently been working there for right at 11/2 years. I am an assistant teacher in the infant room. I have also worked with every age from 9 months to 4 years old. I enjoy my job very much but I am looking for something that is more flexible. I have always loved children of all ages and truly enjoy taking care of them. I also enjoy cooking, cleaning and laundry. I would love to be your nanny and make your life a whole lot easier.
