Biography

Hello my name is Heidi and I am a mom of a beautiful baby boy and I have spent several years working with children. I have worked with 2 day care centers and worked with many families in their homes babysitting and nannying. I have experience with children from newborn to 12 years old and most of my experience has been with infants and toddler/preschool age. I have always loved small children and babies and being a nanny is the best job in the world! I am on maternity leave right now but looking for a wonderful family seeking a full-time nanny to start in late December or January. I am planning to stay in the Naperville area for many years to come and would love to find a family looking for a long term situation.

I have worked in day care centers for about four years. Most of that time I worked as a teacher in the infant classroom and worked in the toddler and preschool classes for about one year. Through those experiences I met many families that requested care in their homes as well. I have worked as a nanny and babysitter to several other families met through friends, family, and online. I am also a mom to an infant.

I am educated in early childhood development and child care through classes taken in college and high school. I am also certified in CPR, infant CPR and first aid and have attended Cradle Talk educational classes with Edward hospital for new moms.
