I am a 39-year-old wife to a loving husband, and a proud mother of two beautiful children. I have a son, age 17, and a daughter, age 8. My daughter was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 4, so I know how difficult it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your child. Unlike some caregivers, I am capable and confident when caring for a child with type 1 diabetes. I am comfortable giving insulin injections, handling special dietary needs, and the like.My first career was in the insurance field. While I thoroughly enjoyed my 13 years in the industry, I recently decided to follow my dream and open my own business as a child care provider. My primary goal was to care for children in my home however I am willing to go with what makes sense. I want to work with great families and great children whether in my home or yours. Watching children grow, learn and develop is priceless! I am offering part-time and/or drop-in care Tue & Thurs. I am also currently a nanny for a family Mon/Wed/Fri's. Babysitting and date nights available!
