The Nanny Team

The Nanny Team Inc. was developed by our Founder, Alexis Stanley RN. As a full-time Registered Nurse and mother of three young children, she realized how difficult it was to independently find quality in-home childcare in Northwest Indiana. Her two choices were to use an online baby-sitter site which seemed too impersonal and unsafe; or go through an agency and pay high placement fees. She also knew that whatever route she took to employ her nanny she would be faced with the added burden of coming up with an employment contract, care agreement, and dealing with those dreaded nanny payroll taxes! Our company DOES NOT charge any upfront fees. That means NO placement fee and NO application fee. You only pay for the hours that you use your nanny. Additionally, if your nanny calls off or needs a vacation, we provide another pre-screened nanny for coverage. You also don’t pay your nanny directly, nor do you have to worry about those awful nanny payroll taxes! The Nanny Team understands that parents need safe, professional and quality care for their children, but they also need it to be affordable and convenient. We are dedicated to your family and its needs.
