Our an agency was founded to help match families with the best qualified nannies, babysitters, and housekeepers in Southern California, including Los Angeles and Orange County. The founder of Rainbow Nannies Ty Vaughn has fifteen years of experience as a private caregiver, awards in childhood development, and a parent who has dedicated her time and efforts to serving Los Angeles and Orange County families with excellent service for the majority of her life. Ty felt passionate and motivated to create a networking service that would reflect the same type of service and loving care that she provided- an agency that was personal and personable, that would offer childcare and domestic help to families in search of such care. We believe that childcare providers should be advocates for children and their parents. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, predictable, and peaceful home environment in which an infant, toddler, or school-age child can move freely and explore the kind of learning experience that will benefit his/her development tremendously.
