I am a motivated professional with extensive experience in child-care and the proven ability to meet the needs of low-income families desiring cheaper alternatives to daycare. I specialize in care-taking of all ages. With over 15 years of experience as a child care service, I understand the need for consistency in providing quality care for your children. In addition to formal assessments, The Play, Learn & Grow Center uses daily observations from my assistants & I to track your child’s progress and development in the context of his/her everyday activities. These daily observations are collected regularly and form the basis of teacher assessments. Naturally, involvement from families is critical here. I give families an opportunity to meet with me whenever possible to address any concerns.
