Ocean State Nanny Agency is a full service nanny placement agency that is located in Rhode Island. Our agency was founded to help match families with the most qualified and professional nannies and newborn care specialists in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. The agency was established by Natalia Lisi, who has over 9 years of experience as both a live-in and live-out nanny. In March of 2013, Natalia decided to start her own agency to help families find their perfect nanny. Natalia has over 9 years of nanny experience, including experience caring for newborns, 6 sets of twins, children with special needs and also experience working as a newborn night nanny for three sets of newborn twins. From her years of experience as a nanny and after taking many different Child Development and Early Childhood Education classes, Natalia has a great understanding of what families are looking for in the perfect childcare provider as well as an understanding of what makes the "perfect nanny". Our goal is to help provide a safe, secure and peaceful home environment in which an infant, toddler or school-age child can move freely and explore the kind of learning experience that will benefit his/her development tremendously. Most importantly, our goal is to help families develop and establish successful, short to long-term relationships that provide memorable, safe, rewarding experiences for all.
