Natural Nannies NOLA is a nanny placement agency. We take all the work out of finding your nanny by screening, pre-interviewing, training, providing background and reference checks, and verifying certifications/arranging recertification as necessary. We also draft employment agreements and provide post-placement services such as conflict resolution counseling, continued education for nannies, and replacement guarantees. Additionally, we offer substitute and drop-in services for date nights, events, or days your nanny is out sick.
