We carefully screen our nannies in the areas of a criminal and a misdemeanor background check, overview of resume, interview, obtaining a copy of the nanny’s driving record, a credit check, C.P.R./First Aid card verification, reference letters and contacts, a completed application, social security number verification and personality screening.
