The Agency was established in 2000 by Maria Klufas, who has 17 years of experience as a medical practitioner in the Ukraine. Now with over 14 years experience as a caregiver and babysitter in the United States, Maria's extensive medical background and experience in working with a wide variety of health-care concerns prepares her to help you match the most qualified caregiver or childcare provider to your family. At Hope & Help Agency, we are here to help inform you of all your options - medical, educational or emotional - and help you through every step of the way, if you desire. You want to trust someone to come into your home and handle sensitive responsibilities, such as tend to a sick parent or child, clean your home specifically the way you want it cleaned or prepare dinner and take care of your children in the afternoon until you can come home from work. We understand and we have placed thousands of workers in the last ten years. We work hard every day to match customers with their perfect caregiver or house keeper. Our workers are from Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, and the United States and are required to have at least one year of professional experience.
