We pay close attention to detail, to ensure only the best candidates are referred, for your family's situation. Most often families hire the first or second candidate that they interview. We try to come as close to your “perfect” situation as we can. If we do not have any candidates available, that meet your needs, we will not send just anyone. We do not give out your phone number and wait for the outcome, as some agencies may. The process takes time and much effort in deciding on the best candidates for your specific needs. We don't want to waste your time as well as our chosen candidates time. We strive to make this difficult decision as easy as we can for you.
